Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the AMEVIX DIGITAL website and the services we provide. A signed proposal or statement of work, where one exists, forms part of the agreement and prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, requesting a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
We provide digital technology services including AI automation, AI agents, software and web development, custom CRM and business systems, API integration, lead generation, digital marketing and UI/UX design. The specific services, deliverables and timelines are those described in your proposal or statement of work.
3. Project scope
Each engagement has a defined scope. Work not described in the agreed scope is out of scope and, if requested, will be quoted separately as a change request. We are not obliged to begin change-request work until it is approved in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to information, systems, accounts and stakeholders needed to deliver the work.
- Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within the agreed review windows.
- Ensure any materials you provide (content, data, assets, credentials) are lawful and that you have the rights to use them.
- Maintain your own backups of data and systems unless we have expressly agreed to do so.
Delays caused by late feedback, missing access or incomplete information may shift timelines and costs.
5. Pricing & payments
Prices are stated in your proposal, in USD for international clients or PKR for local clients unless agreed otherwise. Unless stated, prices exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and can result in paused work.
6. Deposits & milestones
Most projects require an upfront deposit and are billed against milestones. Work on a milestone begins after the previous milestone is paid. Paying a milestone confirms acceptance of the prior deliverables. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund treatment.
7. Revisions
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the agreement. Additional rounds, or changes after sign-off, are billed at our standard rates. Revisions must be within the original scope; new requirements are handled as change requests.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment for the relevant deliverable, we assign to you the intellectual property rights in the final custom work product created specifically for you, excluding: our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how; third-party components under their own licences; and any AMEVIX DIGITAL general methodologies. We retain the right to describe the engagement and display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Third-party services
Deliverables may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, models and infrastructure. Their availability, changes and pricing are outside our control and governed by their own terms. We are not liable for losses caused by a third-party service’s outage, change or termination.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the agreement. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care and that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed specification for 30 days after delivery. Your sole remedy for a breach of this warranty is that we will correct the non-conformity at no additional charge. Except as expressly stated, services and deliverables are provided “as is” without other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the agreement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of written notice, or immediately if the other becomes insolvent. On termination you will pay for all work performed and costs incurred to the effective date, and we will deliver the corresponding work product. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, IP, confidentiality, liability) will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
15. Dispute resolution
Before any formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through senior-level discussions for at least 30 days. Unresolved disputes will then be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, or to arbitration if the parties agree in writing.
16. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when your agreement is signed governs that engagement. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use.
