Refund Policy

1. General policy

Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any payment. Work begins once you approve the scope and payment terms. Because our services involve time spent on analysis, design, configuration, development and delivery, payments are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced, except as set out below or as required by applicable consumer law.

2. Digital services

Fees for consulting, audits, strategy, setup and configuration cover work performed. Once that work has started or been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If we have not yet started, you may cancel for a refund less any administrative or processing charges already incurred.

3. Website development projects

Website projects are billed against milestones (for example: discovery, design, build, launch). Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. For an in-progress milestone, we will assess the proportion of work completed; any unearned balance for work not yet started may be refunded.

4. AI automation projects

Automation engagements include discovery, workflow design, implementation, integration and testing. Fees for phases that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable. Third-party costs (model usage, messaging, telephony, infrastructure) already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Custom software / CRM projects

Custom software and CRM builds are quoted against a defined specification and delivered iteratively. Accepted iterations and delivered source code are non-refundable. If the project is terminated mid-iteration, you pay for work completed to date and receive the corresponding deliverables.

6. Deposits

Projects usually require an upfront deposit to reserve capacity and begin discovery. The deposit is applied to your first milestone. It is refundable only if we cancel before work begins; it is non-refundable if you cancel after we have scheduled resources or started discovery, save for any portion representing work not yet performed.

7. Milestone payments

Milestone invoices are due on the dates or triggers set in your agreement. Paying a milestone confirms acceptance of the deliverables for the previous milestone. Paid milestones for completed work are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice as specified in the agreement. On cancellation we will invoice for all work performed and third-party costs incurred up to the effective date, deliver the corresponding work product, and refund any prepaid amount that relates to work not yet started.

9. Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered where: the project was cancelled before any work began; a delivered digital product is materially defective or not as described and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time; or applicable law requires it. Requests must be made within 14 days of the relevant delivery or charge.

10. Non-refundable work

• Time already spent on discovery, analysis, design, development, configuration or project management.
• Completed and accepted milestones or iterations.
• Third-party fees and licences purchased on your behalf.
• Rush or out-of-hours work that has been performed.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at info@amevixdigital.com so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be treated as a breach of the agreement and can result in suspension of services and recovery of costs.

12. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5-15 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank and payment provider.
